Posters & Papers

Thanks for presenting a poster or paper! Your participation will enrich the institute.

Specifications for both posters and papers are given below. Please contact Josh Sternfeld (aeri@gseis.ucla.edu) with any questions or if you will need special accommodations or services.

Posters

Each poster will have a vertical space of 4 feet wide and 3 feet high on
which to place the display. The top left section of the poster must contain:

  1. the assigned poster number
  2. the title of the poster
  3. the name and institutional affiliation of each author

Presentations

Presentations must be limited to 12 minutes.

An AV projector will be available in all rooms, but you must bring your own laptop.  If you require further AV equipment, please notify Josh Sternfeld at aeri@gseis.ucla.edu.
